For Science, we moved on to out sense of touch and went on an exciting nature walk in our school grounds to find different textures to touch and feel! In Geography, we looked at how a compass works - we decided we can remember the directions North, East, South and West by saying 'Naughty Elephants Squirt Water'. In Computers, we discussed the importance of computer safety and what rules we can apply when working with technology. |

Building on from our Geography lesson last week where we plotted out our classroom, we now moved onto to looking at a map of our whole school. We then used our maps to take us on a tour to see all the classrooms. What a great week in Year 1! |
